We wilden enkele ramen veranderen en graag een groot volledig opendraaiend raam als toegangsweg voor te verhuizen en eenvoudiger in onderhoud. Het contact verliep vlot, duidelijk en heel vriendelijk (zowel met Jonathan, Peter als Koen). Ze komen aan huis kijken, uitleg geven en de opmeting uitvoeren. In de showroom is het materiaal te zien. Overlopen offerte kan ook via digitaal gesprek. Globaal positief en tevreden met het resultaat!

Er moesten voor onze kleine verbouwing slechts 3 ramen geplaatst worden, maar ook hiervoor kregen we een zeer goede en vriendelijke service van de verschillende contactpersonen. Ook de uiteindelijke plaatsing verliep vlekkeloos. Pluspunt is de controle na plaatsing of alles correct werd geplaatst. Kortom, wij zijn tevreden klanten.

We hebben de ramen van ons kloostertje in Hoegaarden vervangen door alu-ramen van Profel met structuurlak. De studie en de plaatsing gebeurde door de firma Wintek. We zijn heel tevreden van de profielen die een perfecte kopie zijn van de vervangen ramen. We hebben geopteerd om de boogvorm van het metselwerk boven de ramen te laten terugkomen in de profielen. Naast de hoge thermische isolatiewaarde heeft het dubbelglas ook een hoge akoestische isolatie wegens de verschillende dikte van de glasbladen. Naast het professionele en propere werk van de installatieploeg van Wintek, ook een grote pluim voor de opvolging voor het plaatsen van de juiste kruislatjes op het glas en het passend afkitten met silicone.
Als enig nadeel kan ik enkel maar aanhalen dat wij deze beslissing vroeger hadden moeten nemen !

Needed new windows for our roof floor and asked for an offer in June.
- good presales: very efficient communication, showroom visit, all ok.
We signed the offer in mid August, had the techinal measurements end of August and then the misery began.
- Measurement guy was afraid of the heights and he didn't want to use the scaffolding
- One month after the measurements while we were waiting for the delivery date, wintek decided that the windows are too big so they changed our design (not the end of the world but still not a good practice)
- End January the windows are placed without insulation and the screens (not communicated to us although it was always planned like that internally). One of the kipraams in the wrong place and installateurs wanted to leave without placing one of the windows so that they can exit easily. (great idea in the middle of winter)
- The owner called to ask how is the job was going in the morning (positive point for them) but unfortunately I missed the call
- End February, appointment to place the screens and the isolation which was cancelled one day before as the material was damaged
- New appointment Mid March. Finally we had something placed after some discussions with the installateurs about the height of the scaffolding.
We were finally happy the works was finished till our architect visited one week later and realized that
- the screenkasten are not fixed properly,
- raamdorpels have a gap between them
- the profiles connecting the windows are not nicely cut, so there is basically an opening in our windows, etc
Trying to reach them for more than a month to have it fixed but no success. Almost one year since the start and the project is not finished yet.

Heel tevreden over de expertise, begeleiding en plaatsing van onze nieuwe ramen en deuren in ons renovatieproject. Goede begeleiding en duidelijke communicatie van Jonathan die ons doorheen het proces voor aluminium ramen en deuren op maat heeft geholpen. Erg tevreden met de plaatsing en het eindresultaat.

Ik ben heel tevreden! Ik kreeg goed advies. De plaatsing ging vlot. Achteraf komen ze ook kijken of alles in orde is. Ik kan Wintek alleen maar aanraden!
